By submitting my solution(s) to be assessed for Shanghai Green Energy Innovation Centre (SGEIC) and the World Alliance 1,000 Efficient Solutions Portfolio, I agree to the electronic processing of the elements presented in my Solution Submission Form, the sharing of these elements with GEIC and the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions' Experts network, and publication of all elements indicated as “PUBLIC”.

I understand and hereby agree that all information that I elect to disclose to GEIC and the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions will not be considered as confidential information and will not be treated as such, and that GEIC and the World Alliance does not undertake to treat such information as confidential information.

I hereby declare, that my statements regarding the submitted solution (1) will not contain sensitive or confidential information that could jeopardize my intellectual property; (2) will be complete and correct to the best of my knowledge, and (3) for those elements indicated as “PUBLIC”, may be published by GEIC and the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions.

GEIC and the World Alliance should not be liable for the correctness and completeness of these statements. In case of any lawsuits or litigation, e.g. regarding copyright or publishing right, the submitter recognizes that GEIC and the World Alliance shall not be involved in any such lawsuits or litigation. The submitter shall in any case completely indemnify GEIC and The World Alliance for Efficient Solutions against all impacts resulting from such lawsuits or litigation.

I further agree to fulfill all requirements and provide the necessary complementary information in case an audit procedure is undertaken to review the label attribution methodology regarding my solution.
